FAQ

Frequent Asked Questions

What coffees will I get with my subscription? Are they different every time?

We follow our coffee-loving/roaster brain to curate an exquisite selection from fresh harvests around the world. From there, we roast them in small batches for you and ship them out as quickly as possible so that your experience is always excellent!

Our subscription rotates through select single-origin coffees on a roughly two-week tempo so that we can bring in a variety of tastes and smells from around the world into your kitchen every month or so!

Our Espresso and drip blends rotate within three blends and a single origin espresso orbit.

How Soon should I expect my coffee?

We roast our coffee in small batches to make sure you always end up with fresh coffee that you can enjoy at its peak of flavor and aroma.
We roast twice a week and ship orders within 24 hours off the roast, so your coffee will most likely leave our facility within 1-2 days from your order date.
For merchandise and brewing equipment orders, they will ship within 24-48 after your order.
All orders will mail through USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, and USPS parcel, so your order will be delivered within 1-7 business days.

How should I store my coffee?

Fresh coffee means an overall better cup, better aroma, better taste. We recommend using your coffee within 20-30 day for the best experience possible.

The best practices for keeping coffee fresh are: store in an airtight container, keep the container away from light sources (sunlight or fluorescent) as they accelerate oxidation which causes rancidity.

We don’t recommend keeping your beans in the freezer, freezing them will degrade them and make them take much longer to brew or lose their flavor profile altogether.
