Cesar Ledesma Pink Bourbon Semi-Washed

Cesar has done it again with this semi-washed, the complexity of the Pink Bourbon variety are perfectly highlighted delivering a well balanced tart acidity with a clean finish, and tropical fruit notes. 

We have brewed this coffee at our FIDI location on pour over, drip, and Aeropress and it does not stop to amazed us on every cup.
