Grown at 1,450–1,600 meters in the Quindío department of Colombia, this Pink Bourbon is a variety known for its delicate complexity — and in Luz Helena’s hands, it’s exactly that. The washed process keeps the cup clean and precise, letting the terroir and her careful farming speak without interference.

What you’ll find in the cup is a coffee with real structure: a floral lift on the nose, a sweetness that feels earned rather than showy, and a soft citrus-like brightness that carries through the mid-palate. The finish is smooth, settling into a gentle cocoa-toned depth that lingers long after the cup is done.
